HOW TO MIX KETONES

• Take 1 - 2 servings of KETO//OS per day, in the morning and in the afternoon or before exercise. For people with sensitive stomachs, do 1/2 serving in the morning and 1/2 serving in the afternoon or before exercise for 1-2 days to allow your body to adapt your body to the active ingredients. 

• All of the flavors are wonderful shaken with water (12-15 oz) & ice, but feel free to try your hand at mixology! If you don't like strong flavors- add some extra water! Vanilla Ski, Roasted Marshmallow and Swiss Cacao are great blended with ice and almond milk or in coffee with heavy whipping cream!

TOP TIPS

• It's important to hydrate. Taking KETO//OS or beginning a ketogenic diet can deplete your electrolytes so it is important to drink more water and add sea salt to your food. This will help replenish your electrolytes. Not consuming enough water can result in bloating. Ask me about Mito//Plex! 

• The ketogenic diet is not required when drinking ketones, though it's highly recommended. If you're eating carbs and grains consider eating them before drinking ketones or 3-4 hours after consumption.
